RESOLVIX LLC ("RESOLVIX," "we," "us," or "our") operates resolvix.co — an AI-powered platform that matches clients with domain-matched experts and manages the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery. We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing email. If we send you anything beyond project-related communication, it will be because you opted in — and you can opt out at any time.
Your project brief and uploaded files are shared with the expert matched to your project. That expert is contractually bound to use your information only for project delivery and to keep it confidential.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We work with a small set of service providers who help us operate the platform — cloud infrastructure (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. These providers receive only what they need to perform their function and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Resolvix or its users.
We retain project data — including briefs, deliverables, and communication — for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support disputes, refunds, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@resolvix.co. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal hold requirements.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your project state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels for ad targeting. If you use a browser that blocks cookies, the platform may not function correctly.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion. If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) respectively, including the right to data portability and the right to know what categories of information we collect and how they are used.

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@resolvix.co.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active users by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
